This Yosukata wok set combines a 13.5-inch pre-seasoned blue carbon steel flat-bottom wok with a stainless steel and tempered-glass lid, carbon steel wok utensils, and bamboo cooking chopsticks.
What's included
- 13.5-inch pre-seasoned blue carbon steel flat-bottom wok
- 12.8-inch stainless steel wok lid with tempered glass
- 17-inch pre-seasoned carbon steel spatula
- 17-inch pre-seasoned carbon steel ladle
- three pairs of bamboo cooking chopsticks in 11.8, 13, and 14.2-inch lengths
Cooking and compatibility
- The flat bottom is designed for stable contact on common home cooktops, including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, sealed-plate, and induction surfaces; always follow your cooktop manufacturer’s cookware guidance.
- The factory pre-seasoning provides a starter patina, not a permanent synthetic nonstick coating. Season the wok with oil before first use and continue seasoning it through regular cooking.
- The long carbon steel utensils and bamboo chopsticks provide extra reach for high-heat wok cooking.
Care
Hand-wash the wok and carbon steel utensils, dry them completely, and apply a thin coat of cooking oil before storage. Hand-wash the bamboo chopsticks and dry them promptly. Clean the lid separately after use. Do not soak the carbon steel or bamboo components or put them in a dishwasher.
